BNM was created in 1992 when Roger Porter Jr. bought Cable Car Auction and Realty) and changed the name to Bid’s N More, Inc..  In 1992 BNM was a full service auction company and still remain active in the auction industry  BNM is centrally located Midtown Kansas City, MO.. 

In 1994 BNM conducted an auction for a business in the Field Servicing Industry.  By 1994 BNM expanded into maintenance and by the end of the year had full coverage in all of MO and KS.  BNM maintains a network of 40-60 sub-contractors throughout both MO and KS handling lock changes, winterizations, cleanouts, light repairs, inspections, evictions and repairs.  Since then we have expanded our foot print into the surrounding Midwestern states and we handle specialty runs for our clients. BNM specializes in FHA and all GSE work. We are very aware of government compliance guidelines and timelines.  Yearly attendance in industry conferences allows us to ensure we are prepared for the ever-changing industry.

BNM currently utilizes Property Preservation Wizard as our system of record.

In 2000 BNM expanded and changed its name to BNM Enterprises to incorporate its ever expanding footprint.  The same year we moved into full service Property Management in the Kansas City and surrounding areas only.   We rent single family homes and complexes up to 12 units.  We locate the tenants, interview and perform required back ground checks. We also maintain the property during occupancy including any daily maintenance and the final make-ready when the tenants vacate
